Terms of Service — Summary

These Terms set out how we provide our design services and the contractual relationship between Welcomeroute and our clients. Full terms are available on request.

We deliver design artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, design systems) per project scope. Ownership and licence terms are agreed in the project contract; generally, clients receive a perpetual licence to use final deliverables for agreed purposes.

Fees are set in proposals and invoices. Refunds are provided where required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; ACL rights cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, they override conflicting exclusions.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All Welcomeroute branding and unauthorised reuse of materials is reserved. Where third-party licensed assets are used, licence terms of those suppliers apply.

Design assets

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice to Welcomeroute identifying the work and location, and we will investigate promptly.

Data Access & Correction Request

Under the APPs you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Use the form below to submit an access or correction request. We will respond within a reasonable period and may verify your identity before releasing information.

Processing timeframes: we aim to respond within 30 days. If additional verification is required, you will be advised.

Liability, Consumer Rights & Dispute Resolution

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms affects non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you have a complaint, contact us first — we will attempt to resolve it promptly. For unresolved disputes, mediation or NSW courts may be used.
